Capital Planning and Policy – Working with Us

The Office of Capital Planning and Policy retains contractors for design and construction work.   Firms that are interested in obtaining contracts with the County for the design and construction of capital projects must register as a vendor with the Cook County Purchasing Agent.    Please note that this office does not accept solicitations for construction materials or other building products.
